Contract Engine provides AI-generated analysis of contracts: summaries, risk assessments, conflict detection, and suggested revisions. This is informational assistance, not legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created. AI analysis can be incomplete or wrong. Always have important agreements reviewed by a qualified attorney before signing.
You retain all rights to the documents you store in Contract Engine. You are responsible for having the right to upload the documents you add and for complying with confidentiality obligations they contain.
Do not use Contract Engine to store or analyze documents you have no right to possess, to attempt to access other users’ data, or to probe or disrupt the service.
The free plan includes the vault, integrations, alerts, and a limited number of AI reviews. Paid plans add unlimited reviews and continuous conflict detection. We may change plan limits with notice.
Contract Engine is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Future Bridge Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
