Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026. Contract Engine is operated by Future Bridge Solutions LLC (“we”, “us”).

What we store

Contract Engine stores the contracts you add: uploaded files, pasted text, links you provide, and documents retrieved from services you connect (such as DocuSign). We extract structured information from contract text (parties, dates, obligations, restrictions) to power your vault, alerts, and reviews.

How your data is protected

Contract text is encrypted at rest with AES-256 in addition to database-level encryption. Files live in private storage and are only reachable through short-lived signed links issued to your authenticated session. Every account’s data is isolated with row-level security, and access is logged in an audit trail. Two-factor authentication is available in Settings.

AI processing

Contract analysis is performed by Anthropic’s Claude models under our API agreement. Contract text is sent for analysis and is not used to train models. Analysis results are stored in your account only.

Connected services

When you connect an e-signature provider, we store encrypted access tokens scoped to reading your completed documents. Disconnecting removes the tokens and stops all access. We never send documents to a provider on your behalf without an explicit action from you.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, share your contracts with third parties beyond the processors named above, or use your documents for advertising.

Deletion

Deleting a contract removes its files and extracted data. To delete your account and all associated data, contact steve@futurebridgesolutions.com.
